CORRIDOR W/ MEDIANS ???? "LaneFromTaperedMedian1"

HAVING ISSUES WITH A MY BASE SURFACE FOR "LaneFromTaperedMedian1" WHEN I COME OUT OF A ISLAND

THE ASSEMBLEY IS NOT AT THE SAME ELEVATION TO EACH OTHER WHEN THEY ARE BACK TO BACK AND BOTH

ARE TARGED TO THE SAME POLYLINE. I TRIED TO TARGET TWO POLYLINES AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

IT SEEMS THAT IF YOU HAVE THE "LaneFromTaperedMedian1" BACK TO BACK THE LEFT SIDE HAS A HIGHER ELEVATION

It looks like the issue is with your profile. Does it have a 6" step in it from going from the normal pavement section to the median section? 

Looking at the help file: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-civil-3d/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/... looks like the the design profile should be at the elevation of the roadway as if the median isn't there and then it will calculate the slope from the attachment point to where the median ends.

take a look at my base surface its the assembly.

it IS fine when I create the base corridor to pull my left and right profiles for the medians

see image before AND "AFTER" I apply right and left median edge alignments

the slope is fine back to back

once apply the median edge alignments the left side is always higher
