posting dwg sample file might help, however MARKPOINT subassembly should be constructed before any subassembly that will use the MARKPOINT, you can check that in Construction tab of Assembly properties dialog and make sure MARKPOINT subasssembly lies above the other dependent subassemly in the tree.
