Corridor Cut and FIll Plan Display

Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering if someone here could give me some help. I have started to practice with AutoCAD Civil 3D for road design. I can get to building the corridor but when i go to change the colour for the cut and fill hatching it seems to me like it doesnt match. Not sure if its not displaying properly or am i doing something wrong but could anyone point me in the right direction??

Im primarily looking to have the cut and fill displayed in play with the circle and line symbol but if I can reach the stage of two solid hatches (one cut and one fill colour) that would do for now.

Regards,

Shane

The hatching/area fill is controlled by the Material Area Fill for the Link Codes in your Code Set Style.

I prefer creating a new surface volume, add the EG surface and Datum surface corridor and apply an Elevation analysis ( if is is > 0 or < 0) to the surface volume.
