Corridor Creating a Surface between two Distinct, Separate Regions

I have a break in my corridor where I'm crossing a road. For example, Region 1 goes from STA 5+00 to 7+00 then Region 2 goes from 8+00 to 10+00. Therefore I have no region between STA 7+00 and 8+00 but a surface is being generated connecting the two regions. How do I break this connection? I have 'Corridor Shrinkwrap' enabled.

Thanks!

Create a polygon in the area where you need to hide and add that as a hide boundary to the corridor surface.

@HAGED333 as an alternative to the suggestion from @Jeew-m you could also restrict the triangle length in the surface build properties to say 90' i.e. less than the gap in the corridor

Set the maximum triangle length shorter than the intersection gap but large enough to take care of the rest

@Jeew-m , your solution works the best for my scenario. My follow up with your method is, once I've created the polygon and added a 'hide boundary', the polygon does not seem to be dynamic. Meaning if I adjust the polygon to include more contours, it does not hide them. I've rebuilt the corridor and the surface and even restarted C3D. Is there a way to update the boundaries or do I have to reset them each time? Thanks!

As a workaround, you can add a hide boundary to the surface through prospector --> Surface --Definition --> Boundaries.

That boundary would be dynamic to your updates.
