Looks like you probably have your assembly backwards. Mirror your sub-assemblies to the opposite sides or reverse your alignment direction.  Or post the drawing.

I think this is an intersection. The void in the middle means that you have not set targets properly. You have to target both intersecting alignments with the curb return. I think you have missed that part.

add two regions to the radius alignment and assign half of the alignment to the crossing street and half of the alignment to the main street.  it's not necessary to have it go all the way up to the intersection of the two streets, you can stay about 5 feet away from the intersection and 5 ft away from the spring point.  the surface will still model very well.  recommend 1 to 5 ft sampling along the radius alignment.  doesn't matter which direction the alignment goes as long as the assembly corresponds with it.
