Converting Coordinate system

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi All.

Hope everyone are safe working from home.

I got a feature survey file that is set to Map Grid of Australia Zone 50, GDA 94.

And I want to convert that to a Mine Grid, a specific coordinate system the Mine use locally.

Is this something Civil3d can do?

I've attached the Mine Grid parameters (txt file) and the feature survey file in MGA50 GDA94.

Thanks everyone.

Antonio,
Thanks for posting your drawing and Mine Grid Parameters.
This looks like a "Calibration" done with Trimble Business Center, Access, or Survey Controller:
"Ground (keyed-in scale factor)"
"Plane"
"Inclined Plane"
If you can dig up the Published Control Points and match them with the Mine Grid Points, you might be able to use ALIGN effectively, but as far as a Custom Coordinate System, probably not.
Maybe someone here will weigh in with something that might suit you.

If you can match control points like @Pointdump mentioned. I've found the attached Lisp useful.

Antonio,
I stumbled upon a cool way to do what you want with an Affine Post Processor Map Projection.
Do you have at least 3 matched-up points between MGA-50 and Mine Grid?
