Conditional Daylight / Retaining Wall

Hi All, I have a road widening scheme (approx 90' wide) within an approx 100' wide land reservation and I am trying to apply a conditional subassembly to my corridor to check if a 1:2 daylight slope will reach EG within the approx 10'.  The problem is the 10' land width varies as does the elevation of the EG.  I would like to use the following parameters:

From attachment point, check if 1:2 fill slope will reach Target Surface within Target Offset (alignment/polyline/FL).  If the embankment will not fit then provide a retaining wall.

The vast majority of the corridor is in fill with a small section in cut.  I do't see a way of using Conditional Cut/Fill as there is no way to specify the slope.  The other way I suppose is to create my own conditional subassembly but I've never done that so if anyone can advise that would be much appreciated.

This short set of tutorials will help you get started with Subassembly Composer.
