command not working

Hi,

I try to use comman mapiinsert and it gives me windows like error1.png

and I can't expand "Look in" list and if I close this windows or select file command not ends, but stuck and autocad will not respond (command text will stay in command line). It happens with all commands which open this type of window.

commands which open error2.png window works only error1.png commands stuck.
