Cogo points will not display in paperspace.

Hello,

I am running Autocad Civil 3d 2014 and I have encountered a problem that I have never had issues with before today. For some odd reason, my cogo points will not display in my paperspace layout. I have checked all the layers to make sure they are turned on, and exhauasted all resources that I know of. Has anybody else ever had this problem, and If so, how did you fix it?

Thanks Chuck

You would be probably get a quicker resolution if there were a way for you to post your dwg, or at least a portion of it. Layers, styles, extents issue, are some of the things that come to mind.

I figured it out Jeff. Somehow my points had been put on the wrong layer. Thanks for your help.

Try resetting the view port scale to 1:1 then back to whatever model space is set to, then back to whatever the view port is set to (annotative text is my guess). I got it the problem was that annotation visability was disabled by default.

  1. Go to the appropriate point style. (Tool space palette>Settings tab>Point>Point Styles).
  2. Set the Points and labels display to active for Model view in the Point Style dialog box>Display tab.
  3. Select the "View" [from] the Orientation Reference drop-down list in the Point Style dialog box>Marker tab.
  4. Press OK.
