Codeset Style not Updating in Cross Sections

I am trying to differentiate various materials using colours and hatch patterns in cross section and I have updated Codeset style accordingly in the section band.

For some reason, it just couldn't work. Any pointers or settings I should be looking at please?

Hi @Yash.KatragaddaHTL8B, you have the layer turned off according to your posted image. If you turn on the layer, but the color still does not appears, change the layer of your style (according to your posted image "0") for another one. Finally, make sure your code set style is being applied to the right corridor (verify this in the section view group properties).

I hope this helps.

Best regards!

Hi,

Select a section view.

Go to section view group properties.

In the sections tab, make sure you have the correct code set style set to the Corridor.

Hi, thanks for your suggestions. Tried all of the above, but still not able to get the style in cross sections (for some). The funny thing is, its working as it should for the code 'daylight'. See attached screencasts

i think you have to import your codes from the subassembly and use the the particular style you want on each of your links and of course you have turn on visibility of the layers  used see the attached picturecds.JPG

Hi again, make sure your layers are all not frozen neither turned off. As @Jeew-m mentioned, make sure you are using the correct code set style. If possible, it will be good if you upload a sample file to check it.

Best regards!

Code set styles frequently will not up date changes until you assign a different style, apply it, then change back to the proper style and apply it.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I got to jump on to something else but the problem is still there even after trying all of the advise here. I can see daylight colour and pattern is updating as I want but not for the 'vehicle crossings' or 'parking' etc., I kind of suspect the issue is with the Subassembly codes.

Found the Solution. Its the shape code that I need to update and regen. All I was doing was updating the links which didn't help. Thanks again for your suggestions.

Hi, it's good to know you finally figured it out. We must be very consistent between subassembly codes and our code set style.

Best regards!
