I submitted 82 .tin files to the Civil Engineering Data Translator. Almost all of them completed. Several of them failed but one of them had the status "In Process..." for over 30 minutes after the rest were done before it failed. The .tin file is 3,696 bytes (4k). The others that failed ranged in size from 1,988 bytes to 351,100 bytes and they failed in a short amount of time. The largest to successfully complete was 1,935,104 bytes.
Does Autodesk charge for 30 minutes of cloud processing when it gets stuck on a 4K file?
