Civil 3D won't print entire drawing

It's like I have invisible limits or something. 

 

See pictures for clarity.

I know a picture is worth a thousand words.But a few more words would be helpful. If the lines are invisible. Are we supposed to see them in the image. The short white lines along the right?

Also I don't know what the entire plot should look like.

Without any other information.  My first guess is that you need to plot the drawing as a raster. How to do that would depend on what plotter you are using.

What are your PLOT parameters? That would have been a useful screenshot too, along with one showing us what you at least think ought to be the "entire drawing".
