Civil 3D Spot Elevation Labels

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with the model and paper space look of the style of label we have.

I have attached pictures to explain. Basically in model space they look great and then when you go to paper space they shift.

Thank You

Without seeing the dwg file I will guess this is a scale issue.

Select the  paperspace viewport. Note the standard scale. Confirm the annotation scale matches. Go to model space. Make sure the annotation scale matches the paperspace settings. Back to paperspace and regenall.

I should clarify that the scales are definitely the same and this also happens on my coworkers file when he opens it but when I open it the file it is fine.

The labels are fine when I open the file. Sorry

Wondering if it's some sort of system variable, that he has set differently?

Turn off hardware acceleration on the problem machine.

We downloaded the new service pack and it fixed the problem.
