Civil 3D non-graphic information export

Is there any solution to export the parameters/non-graphic information in the Civil 3D models?

I know for Revit models, we can export the schedules (include added parameters) from the Revit models, is there any similar "schedules" that can be exported from Civil 3D models?

Closest thing I can think or is the Reports Manager. If I'm understanding what you're looking for that is.
