Hello cursor is flickering during expanding some settings tools also this process takes a while and when changing drawing using tabs what is a problem? I had 2022 and I clean uninstalled it because of this problem and reinstalled 2023. I have Windows 11 installed on this device, I don't have a problem for other device where windows 10 is installed, this could be a problem? latest updates installed for graphic card and windows.
I think frame rates is mismatch during screening and flickering is not show in a proper way, actually it follows to the cursor location

Hello, I have made some research before put a post here but, non of the above works, apart from services I did not test it for all services, I suspected on my external devices and I tried for them but nothing changed, apart from them everything is standard services which are installed to all computers, reset to default doesn't work, also it is not a network problem.
template is not empty
Try toggling from Active Drawing View to Master View in the Prospector tab:
I forgot to tell that I have already tried it, and did not have a luck
@Beka_Tchigladze, there is an update for Civil 3D published two days ago.
Try to install that one (to install the update for Civil 3D, you should update AutoCAD first).
yes, I installed it When I noticed, but it doesn't works for me, I did not manage to run Civil When I cancel all services by using Diagnostic startup, because it says that I don't have a license and quick shut down the software,
So boring 🤔
Sounds like SELECTION CYCLING. is it off?

Yes it is off, I did not manage to solve this problem, I think it is OS problem, does anyone have windows 11, maybe next update of windows will help me, I don't want to reset it because of this problem. I clean uninstalled previous version of civil because of this problem, for all the other devices on windows 10 it works well but for this I don't know what to do. it is cleaned licensed windows with all the standard setup I just installed my standard software packages what I have on the other ones nothing special.
At last!! thank you all, Everything works like a charm.
So it was Intel Iris drivers issue I installed latest Update but unfortunately I did not cleaned old drivers properly and maybe it was effected to the software, I cleaned all intel drivers and reinstalled and it works really well.

Hello again Sorry, I thought that I solved a problem but today when I turn on the machine software has the same problem WHat can I do? I contacted to windows support they checked the system and told that it is not a fault of the OS, What can I do? all drivers are updated I also uninstalled mouse driver.
I also Reset Windows 11 with maintain all files and apps option yesterday but did not help
I was having an issue with the drawing area flickering. I had to change the system variable GFXDX12 to 0 and restart CAD, I haven't had the issue since. Hopefully that helps.
unfortunately it doesn't work,
SO I made deep reset to my OS I scarified all my apps and first of all I installed Civil 3d 2023, and voilà it doesn't work again. what can I do? what cause this bug? can anyone help me here? or what to do to solve this problem?
Microsoft support told that it is not a problem of windows it is a problem of the software and does anyone has Civil 3d on Windows 11 home and works perfect?
Hello, All once again
Finally, I found out the problem so it was Intel iris driver problem as I mentioned before.
As you remember I updated Iris driver and problem solved for 1 day, but another day problem occur again, I thought it was something else but, when I reset my windows and problem occur again I updated Iris driver and problem solved again, later by chance I enter in update window, just to check if there were some other windows updates to install and come across that stupid windows was installing stupid intel display driver which was replacing my super latest driver and I killed it immediately, every time I would install latest driver stupid driver was replacing it by windows update so that was a problem thank you everyone for your help anyway, everything is perfect now.
