Civil 3D - Breakline Vertices

Hello,

I am using Civil 3D 2017.

I work a lot with break lines and feature lines.  I typically end up weeding most of the vertices but would like to add my own at a specified interval such as 20-ft or 100-ft between vertices.  I thought there was a command for adding vertices at a specified interval but cannot find it.  Does anyone how to add repeating vertices in a polyline or feature line ?

Select the feature line and on the ribbon in the edit geometry panel select Insert PI. Then on the command line you have the choice of Distance or Increment. Type I and enter and then enter the increment.
