Civil 3d - Autodesk microdrainage utility download

I've read about the Civil 3d - Autodesk microdrainage utility, but can't find anywhere to download it.  What am I missing?

Depend on the version, if you use 2019 or 2020 you can find it in the Autodesk Desktop App see picture below

if you use lower version is in the productivity tools (just change the year at the end of the link to fit to your version) :

Did you ever find the microdrainage utility? I am trying to install it also and it is not showing up in my autodesk desktop app.
