CIVIL 3D 2024 Layout Tools Tab Missing

At some point in the last day my layout tools tab stopped appearing on the top ribbon and I'm not sure why or how to get it back. I've tried using CUI but the layout tools folder doesn't have a plus sign next to it. I'm rather new to this software but I need to get my layout tools tab back if anybody can help.

I've tried that but that box is checked for me, hence why my normal layout tab is still there, I'm just missing the tools tab that's usually to the right of the layout tab.

Go to Layout table and right-click

Let's choose an item that you want to display.

Are you on the modelspace tab or a Layout tab?  Layout Tools will not appear if you’re in modelspace.

Are you by any chance accidentally in the Drafting and Annotation workspace? I noticed on your ribbon that you are missing all the Civil 3D related tools.

I'm with Kyle, in your screenshot, instead of saying Modify, it says Parametric.  It looks like you are in the Drafting and Annotation Workspace.  If you click in the box above View/Manage, you should have several options available.  If not, somehow the acad.cuix got loaded as your primary, and you will either need to manually fix that in the OPTIONS dialog on the Files tab under Customization Files, or Reset Settings to Default.
