Civil 3D 2022 Arc graphic issues

I have been noticing this for a while and can't figure it out.  We have a bunch of cad drawings that the arcs are showing off from the lines they are attached to.  Please see the screen shot below

Looks like a graphics card issue. Use the GRAPHICSCONFIG command and try changing the 2D Display Settings to Intermediate or Basic and see if that helps
