Civil 3d 2020 Feature line snap to surface elevation label

Previous versions would allow you to grip edit a feature line and snap it to the insertion point of a surface elevation label and it would inherit the elevation of that label. It now appears that functionality is no longer an option.

Please someone tell me that there is a way to get this back.

This has been my workflow for years and find it extremely useful.

Yep, Use 2019 version seems the quickest.

This is fixed in 2020.3 update.

Any idea when this service pack will be released? I do not see it listed on the Civil 3d 2020 downloads website.

It's been out for over a week. Login at Autodesk.com, go to Manage Products and Downloads. On the left side of the screen select Product Updates. You will find Civil 3D 2020.3 Update there.

Unless you're not a USA customer. I don't know if Autodesk makes these updates available to customers in other countries at the same time. The update was released here on February 28.
