Does anyone know where to find the pkt files are that were included in the Civil 3D 2017 v1 Enhancements update?

This link is just for tutorial sample files not the v1 Enhancements update

EDIT: I should have just read the Help file.....

I am looking for this new tool to add to my "toolbox tab in tool space! So I can use the gravity network wizard!

Is this something I need to download! I have gone to Autodesk.com, I have a account, and went to the download

page, but could not find it? Do you know the file name for this Enhancement?
