Civil 3D 2017 FATAL ERROR: unhandled e0434352h Exception at fd69b87dh

Hi

I have been going through an issue with AutoCAD or Civil 3D 2017. When opening the software I get this error message.  unhandled e0434352h Exception at fd69b87dh

I cannot open the software it keeps crashing.

I would reset Civil 3D by doing the following. 

Delete "%LocalAppData%\Autodesk\C3D 2017"

Delete "%AppData%\Autodesk\C3D 2017"

Delete Reg "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R21.0"

This will force the application to re-initialize on the next startup.  This usually solves most issues.
