Civil 3D 2016 Label Readability Bias

When I create a curving alignment, the centerline station labels are sometimes upside-down, due presumably to the readability bias settings.

The always-cryptic "Help" entry says:

  1. In the Label Style Composer dialog box, click the General tab.
  2. Under Plan Readability, change the Plan Readable value to True.
  3. Change the Readability Bias angle to the angle at which you want the labels to start flipping. For example, an angle of 110 degrees means that label text inserted at an angle greater than 110 degrees is flipped.

However, the Label Style Composer options that appear in my C3D 2016 appear as shown in the appended image.  There is no "Plan Readability" option visible here.

How do I cause the labels to appear right-side-up?

Thanks!

You need to edit the label style. See the atached image.

You may also want to set the angle to be 95ish degrees.
