Civil 3D 2016 and 2018 - Windows Server 2016 Install

I am looking for any ideas on installing and running Civil 3D 2018 and 2016 on Windows Server.

Yes, I read the system requirements and no Server is not listed. However... does anyone have any cases where this has worked for them?

Thanks

Just an update. I was able to get Civil 2018 to install on Windows Server 2016 Standard.

I was receiving and error on the 2008 C++ installation in the logs so I manually installed the 64 and x86 versions. I also had to rename the folder

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18  to S-1-5_BAK in order for the C++ versions to install based on this article:

I tried to install civil 3D 2018, but I always get an error message at the middle of the installation (no server connection).

Is there a simple way of installation civil 3D 2018?

Need help on this

Hi, Yes we were successful in installing Civil  3D 2018 on Server 2016. I had some troubles initially with some microsoft C++ redistributables and .NET but I was able to get it installed and running.
