Change value by default SCP

Hello, I want to change the value by default of SCP in another value, for example (100,100,10), but by default it appears like (0,0,0) and that makes negative coordinates, and I don't want it. So any clues to change it? Thanks

Yes, I attach the screenshot what i'm talking about, the value is 0,0,0 and i want 100,100,10.

At least in my version of civil 3D 2020 it's called SCP

I have to confess my ignorance. What does "SCP" stand for? More description of the problem please. A screen shot of your Command Line would help.

I think the exact translation is Personal Coordinate System, in my language: "Sistema de Coordenadas Personal". I don't know if in the english version it's called PCS or something like that. In summary, I have a point cloud with its origin coordinate 0,0,0 and that makes all the points to the left be negative coordinates. I can't move the origin because the project needs to be in that point, so I want to change it to 100,100,10 to avoid that negative coordinates, but I don't know how.

No, I'm trying to find out what YOU want. Because I still don't understand what you're trying to do.

Can you explain a little about the "negative coordinates"? I apologize for being a little slow to understand. Can you post a drawing or show in screenshots what you'd like to do?

In the circle it's located the origin, and that makes the grid negative because the rest of the points are located at the left of the cloud, and that's what I want to change, origin value 100,100,10 in stead of 0,0,0 to make the grid 90,80,70... 

And i can't change the origin position.
