Cant Create Data Shortcuts - Drawing Processing After Save

Autodesk Support is having trouble with this one. So lets see how you guys go.

I am trying to create data shortcuts in this drawing

DS-R2_WALL.dwg

Please see the screencast and also link to download example dwg..

Basically something is happening post save "renumbering triangles and indices" and I cannot create data shortcuts in this drawing.. 

If I delete all the corridors it works... Im just not sure what is in the corridors that is causing the problem.

They are made using custom subassemblies...

 Any Help Appreciated

Very strange, when I do as you did in the video and right click on create data shortcuts in toolspace i get the same, however when i hit save and then go to manage tab in the ribbon then pick create data shortcuts here I am able to create data shortcuts!

Is autorebuild turn off for all surfaces and corridors?

Yep I have attempted turning off every autorebuild... surfaces/corridors/intersection regions. If i delete the corridors it works..
