Cannot use Graphic Acceleration with Nvidia Quadro T1000

We got a batch of new Laptops for our Designers to "Work Mobile." I checked all of the specs to ensure that they will work with the AEC Collection. However, when our first user cracked it open their first drawing, there were random lines everywhere and the hatch was blown out.

I was only able to correct both issues by turning off Graphic Acceleration.

We have an Nvidia Quadro T1000 Graphics Card which specs say should be fine.

Am I or IT missing a setting somewhere?

At your service,

Mark,

That's a bummer! Have you checked here for certified hardware/drivers for your OS & version?

Turn off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables and see if that helps, instead of turning off Graphics Acceleration.
you can also tone down the 2D and 3DDisplay Settings check boxes/pulldown menu section of your GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up before turning off hardware acceleration.

Then, you can try newer (or older roll-back drivers) for your video card to see if that allows you to undo what I suggest you do above, if you cannot find an exact driver to use from Autodesk here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/certified-graphics-hardware

I would try dean's suggestin and toggling the graphics options. If it doesn't work note that a generic windows driver from windows update sometimes can be more stable than Nvidia or ati drivers.

It may be possible that the built-in GPU on the CPU is getting in the way. This possibly could be affected by which display you are using (laptop panel, VGA port, HDMI, DVI, DP, etc.). If you have dual GPUs you can try to configure which GPU is operational for AutoCAD with the NVIDIA control panel or adjust BIOS settings (e.g. to turn off the built-in GPU). Sometimes the built-in GPU operates in pass-through mode.
