Hi @sanetdikkumbura1950, taking a look at your file would make easier for us to suggest a solution. Could you please upload it?

yes, I think it is because of this feature line.

Auditing the drawing, I see 59 errors.  Post audit that line can be deleted and goes into the void quite nicely.  Thanks, have a good day.

As @brian.strandberg mentioned, there are errors in the drawing which is common when we work with gradings (no idea why). Apart from that, I encourage you to organize your sites. There are three, but I think they are all the same, so you might want to move these two feature lines to the Survey Site (make sure this is a correct move first).

I hope with these comments the issue is solved!

Thank you very much. What other flaws are there in this grading? Thank you again.

Back to the original question, why does this happen?  I anticipate a bit of trouble when I work with Grading objects, they are know to sometimes be difficult.  Here are some recommendations.

1) Never erase gradings with anything other than the delete grading on the ribbon.  This is known to be unstable but it has gotten better in recent releases of Civil 3d. I still always use the delete grading.
2) Do regular preventative maintenance on your drawings with tools like AUDIT and PURGE. This is more important with drawings that include many grading objects.
3) I usually see more issues with the create grading to surface command. If you are having trouble with that move the feature lines to a brand new site, and you can try again with a new grading group. Not always a solution.

And sometimes Civil 3d is weird and causes corruption in your drawings weather you like it or not. Refer to item 2 above. If you want a good example of what can happen with a Civil 3d drawing does something weird, see this video I posted. https://youtu.be/IxQQ_-6uQlA  I see this issue a couple of times a year.

Anytime you see a site that looks similar to this: "Survey Site|1", with the vertical bar after the name and a number after that, it means a feature line (or lines) was copied and placed somewhere else in the drawing. Best is to move these feature lines into the original site, "Survey Site" in this case, then delete the sites with the <site name>|<number> format until these sites are all gone. Point is, don't copy and paste feature lines, draw new ones.
