Can't sign in to Live Maps

I need to display Live Maps but when I sign in, I just get signed out straightaway in both 2017 and 2016

Any ideas as I need to get the background maps on and displayed

I haven't seen that error but have you tried this?

Thanks @Jay_B it looks slightly different to my issue but its worth a try - I'll give it a go when back in the office later today

There seemed to be an A360 service issue - I double clicked on C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Sync\A360Service.exe and that seemed to do the trick
