Can't import points from file .csv

Hello, I hope someone will be able to help me. When I try to import from file, firstly the filter has to be turned off, even though the .csv is clearly comma delimited and in PNEZD form. But if I turn off the filter so I can select "PNEZD (comma delimited)", the preview shows up fine. However at this point the "OK"  is greyed out. Nothing I have been able to do so far has change this.

 

I apologize if someone has answered this already, I found several similar answered questions, but all of their situations were slightly different. This issue doesn't seem to have any unique problems (that I can see), it just doesn't work. 

The .csv file is not open in the background, because I know that can be an issue.

Your PNEZD file contains ALPHA characters so you can't use that as the Point #, you can however create a format that uses the first column as Point Name and let C3D number the points as needed.

Note: You need to enable Point Names in the settings.
