I am manually editing a topographic surface for use in a hydrological model.
In some areas, I have to delete a large area of erroneous data, and then would like to interpolate across the empty space that I created by deleting the points.
In some cases I have also used point creation tools > interpolation between two points to create data points to help guide the interpolation.
However, it seems that the surface doesn't want to extend into the areas where I have deleted data.
Would be greatful for any suggestions on how to allow the surface to extend back into these areas.
