Mapconnect error loading image

When using the mapconnect command, a user is encountering this issue. She loads the raster image correctly through FDO, and has the correct coordinate system assigned for the image.  The box for the image is checked in the schema. When she executes the "add to map" function, the software unchecks the map in the schema and does not load it. I saw another post out here asking about the same issue.  We tried to run C3D 2018 as administrator, does not fix the issue. Rebooting the computer does not fix the issue.  I was able to get the raster image in with the IINSERT command, but would prefer the FDO connect method, any ideas?

Start new drawing and try setting your Drawing Settings/Units and Zone to No Datum, No Projection. If it works it narrows down the issue.

Unfortunately, the software had to be uninstalled and reinstalled.  The mapconnect command now works as it should.
