Yes. went through the setup >> churned the exe down load  and eventually told me I don't have permission to the drive I told it to place the deployment files. Obviously I have permission ...

Can you post a few screen shots of the install steps leading up to the error?

 

I had the problem that the downloaded downloader (the initial download which downloads the rest of the install) was trying to extract and run an exe in the temp folder which the IT department said is virus like behaviour and block the install.
