C3D Properties Drop-down Not 4k Compliant

With a C3D object selected, on the ACAD properties window when a drop-down is selected that lists styles the drop-down doesn't appear on the properties window. Instead, it appears in the middle of the monitor (most likely the bottom corner of a 1024 resolution) and the text height is much smaller. Only way to select anything on the drop-down is to use the arrow keys.

Autodesk needs to update C3D to work properly with 4k monitors. There's even an Idea requesting this from 8 years ago and Autodesk still hasn't implemented it. There are various dialogs and issues with only C3D that aren't 4k monitor compliant, like the Data Shortcuts Manage window, most dialogs from Part Builder, etc.

EDIT: Apparently the Windows Snip & Clip took the audio of my podcast and overlayed it. You can ignore it as MS Clipchamp won't even get past the "Ready in a moment" splash dialog for me to edit it.

@Cadguru42 while I have seen a number of things that need to be fixed for 4k displays, the properties palette is not one of them. The C3D styles drop down functions just fine for me:

I normally have it docked to the left so had to check it when docked to the right just to be sure that wasn't the issue. Looks like this may be a display card or driver issue.
