C3D 2019 Crashing when adding table cells

I've got a few tables that were in our template from C3d 2016 (our last version we used). Now that we're on to 2019, the tables cause fatal errors if you try to add columns or rows. Is there a patch/hotfix that can fix this issue? We never had a problem with it in earlier versions, so I'm wondering why it is an issue now. I can fix it by unmerging cells prior to adding columns/rows, and then merging those cells again, but this seems like more work than it's worth for as many tables as we use. One of the tables we use is attached as a block, for reference.

Have you updated to 2019.2 ?
