I installed C3d 2019 two days ago. I spent a couple of hours customising the UI. Had no problems yesterday.
Today, I used the purge command on an old file and it started asking if I wanted to delete image files.
It turned out that this old program had a very large number of image files and after 10 mins clicking ok, and with no way to cancel the command, I had to cntrl alt del to stop Acad.
Now C3d will not start at all. Every time I run it, it sufferes a 'fatal error' before it loads fully.
I've tried rebooting the PC and repairing the installation, without success. I was in the middle of an urgent job and have now missed a deadline and lost work.
Can anyone suggest anything to try other than completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it?
I have an older version I can use for now and I'm worried that uninstalling the latest may affect the working of the older one.
I have attached a screenshot of the crash and error message.
