C3D 2018 Switching modelspace viewports display problem

I run multiple viewports in model space for C3D 2018.  When I do, some lines that are connected appear not to be connected.  It goes away when I return to a single viewport.  I have tried to snap the lines together and they do snap, but visually have the same small gap. Where can I report this since it isn't crashing my system?  I have attached to image files of the same place in my drawing.  One has two viewports and shows the connected lines not aligning.  The second has one viewport and the lines align properly.  The only thing I did was switch from two viewports to one viewport.

@BushW has edited your subject line for clarity: Where to post a bug I found?

I had to post twice to attach both photos, one per post even though the help below said I could attach three photos.

The resolution of the second image is very poor. I couldn't get the info I was looking for.

You don't happen to be viewing in 3D in that second image? The anomaly could very well be caused by seeing corridor feature lines that you don't normally see in 2D

Other than that, I would check and see if it gets better if I turn off hardware acceleration in AutoCAD.

Still no? Check your video card to be sure it's on the Autodesk Certified Graphics Hardware list.

Update the driver on the video card. This often helps.

I just shut down C3D before viewing your reply, so I will say for now that both views are top views.  My card was on the C3D approved list, but that was for previous versions.  I will check that and hardware acceleration tomorrow.

My hardware checks out.  It is an Nvidia Quadro 3000m with 2 GB video memory, in an HP mobile workstation with 2.3 GHz Core i7-2820QM, 16 GB RAM, and a 500 GB solid state drive.  I am using a docking station with two Acer V233HL monitors.

So back to my original question; where do I post a bug so the Autodesk developers can look at it?  So far it only happens in C3D, but I really don't do 3D in anything else.

Hello @BWYarger

Sorry, to hear that you are having this issue. Can post your drawing for review so, we can determine what problem is. Thanks

Wendell,

Thank you for your reply. I am taking this off the discussion group because
I am reluctant to post my file. It is an 18 MB complex urban roundabout
design, but I have seen this problem before on much smaller files. I am
also on a very pressing deadline on this project, so I really don't have
time to work through this at the moment. Can I contact you at this email
address in a couple of weeks? I will see what I can do in the way of
getting you some cleaner screen shots next time it comes up. I don't know
if the problem will be visible on a screen share, but that may be a way for
you to see it without having to deal with a gigantic C3D file. It could
also be hardware specific in which case it wouldn't necessarily show up on
your computer.

For us turning off "high quality geometry" in Graphics Performance and it solves these issues.

I have just turned it off to try.  I should know by Monday afternoon if this solved the problem.
