Hi, i have loaded Civils 3d and although the software opens ok as soon as I click to create a point or line etc and the following error message appears

'software problem has caused Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017 to close unexpectedly'

Any ideas what the issue could be ? I have unloaded the product once already and reloaded it again and the same error message occurs

@BushW has edited your subject line for clarity:Fatal Error

Login to the same computer but as a different user. Try to accomplish your task.

If it works, log back in as yourself and reset your your AutoCAD user profile:

If that didn't work, try resetting your Windows user profile.
