Ok I have created some new borders for our company and would like to be able to insert them as blocks into the new projects.
I have not been able to get them to insert into the drawing files.
When I go to the insert block icon and then give it the needed insertion point. The block definition is there and I zoomed to extents, regenall, I still do not see the actual border. All Layers are on and nothing is set for no plot layer. So being desperate I went to the help files...(1st mistake). It says to go to the Home Tab, then Block Panel then Create. I do not see a "Block Panel" Listed.
I am guessing vrs 2015 does not see the border as a block and is not inserting the line work.
