Bestfit profile doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I was just doing a classic bestfit profile from surface profile and for  the first time it didn't work. The report shows up blank and no profile is created in toolspace. No error message either. Did it happen to anybody before?

Are you 100% that your surface is an actuall surface? that you haven´t got a map that is laid in 0.... to often I get these so called "surfaces" from others that has all its elevations in 0

I am too facing the same thing. Trying to create best fit profile using surface profile but the report is coming blank and its not generating design profile. Any suggestions?
