Batch Plot and Sheet Set pen style table not working

When I created/plot a PDF of a single sheet everything looks great and displays to my current pen table.

I do a batch plot and/or sheet set manger to plot all. It seems my current pen table is not being used when plotting multiple sheets into one PFD file.
