Autosnap polyline around pointcloud - Possible?

I have a point cloud that i want to snap a boundry around its outer limit. Is there some way to do this automaticly? I tried creating a surface and using the maximum triangle length to get a good boundry. For some reason i loose a lot of pionts at the edges with this boundry. I have removed points that represents water so i have a part in the midddle that i want a boundry around (i have attached a screen print of this).

I'm not sure if this works with point clouds - but try the command _aeclineworkshrinkwrap

Cheers

Thanks. But it did'nt work sorry  to say. I extracted all the points from the pointclod and tried to do _aeclineworkshrinkwrap around them. I could be that it was to many points (>120000).

Create a surface with all the points. Select the surface and on the ribbon use under surface tools use extract objects to extract the border, then use the convert 3d PL to 2d PL tool.
