Automatic Structure elevations from Feature line

Hello,

I was wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction to create an automatic label. I would like a piece of text to read the Highest elevation and Lowest elevation of a feature line so I can figure out FFE and USF elevations with a formula. So far I have a feature line for lot perimeter which is link to my FG design surface.  I'm hoping I can use something pre build in Civil 3d rather than using dynamo. 

what tool / label can I use to be dynamically linked  to a feature line?

I don't believe there is any OOTB solution for this except Dynamo. C3D labels do not have the ability to perform test conditions that would allow you to ID a high or low point to report.

how hard is it to look thru the elevation editor for feature lines and spot which elevation is highest?

very hard if your being sarcastic, I wanted a label to be linked to a feature line and automatically show the elevation and then I can apply a formula to that highest elevation.

not being sarcastic, just exasperated by the age of instantness.  but i just thought of a visual method that would take two seconds to see the highest point.  use quick profile and pick the offending feature line.

It’s not very fast if you have many flines with hundreds of pi’s and no sorting ability. This task can easily lead to hair loss. 🙂

yeah its fast if you wanted to see one or two elevations but not when you have 50 to 200 feature lines on a given project.
