Autocad Civil 3D Displaying only a specific range of surface elevations

Hi,

I have a surface with elevations that are coloured depending on the elevation. I would like to display only elevations between a certain range e.g 210m - 230m, and not display any elevation outside of this range. I will be displaying an aerial image underneath the elevations and I want this image to show through where the elevations do not match this range.

Is anyone able to point me to the best solution please?

Thank you in advance

Lee Morse

Hello!

Sure you can!

1. surface to start with

2. user contours analisys

3. result

4. alternative - limit the elevations while bulding the surface!

Let me know if this works for you! 🙂

Perfect, thank you.

When editing elevations on my PC it takes quite a long time for the individual cells to become active. I had tried to do this previously, but because of the lengthy delay I had assumed the cells were not editable.
