the new feature appearing in the pic is no more active on my civil 3d 2015
the data of the arc ( radius and angle ) when you select the arc and point at the midpoint
no data appeared
You can also set "Enable Dimension Input where possible" on the Dynamic Input tab of Drafting Settings. Checking that plus the "Enable Pointer Input" will set DYNMODE to 3. Same solution - different route.
