Audit/recover data shortcut file?

Is there a way to audit a data shortcut file? I suspect that the one I am using on ProjectWise is corrupt since my screen freezes when it is set as my Working Folder and I am opening a drawing from PWise..

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi @dylan.law5QM3F ,

If the Audit/recover does not work then try creating a new data shortcut folder.

Also, try running Civil 3D admin. It might possible that Civil 3D does not have enough permissions.

Hi @dylan.law5QM3F

In some way, you can review your Data Shortcuts .xml files by looking at the holistic folder in the Data Shortcut Editor (available from the Start Menu); this may help you check to see the xml files correctly contain the right object names and file names/path. It's not an automatic audit though!

Hope this helps,
