Attribute 2 data will not show up in my drawing

I insert points from a .csv file, but everytime it refuses to include any date from attribute 2 for all my label styles.  Attribute 2 is popuated in the csv file. I have attached my drawing and 2 csv files.  One has the headings to make it easier to see where attribute 2 is and the other is the actual file i am inserting.

Also, an "unclassified" user defined property keeps showing up. I keep deleting it and still no luck.

I am using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017

So if you import points with a standard format like PNEZD but have a file that is PNEZDAAAA you need to create a new import format that defines the A's. If you want to use the data in a point label you will also need to create UDP's (user defined properties) that are associated with attributes.

I did all of that.  I am using the DOW PNEZD (comma delimited) point file that I created, which has all the attributes in it.  All of the description keys are set and correct.  I noticed in the dwg that no data for attribute 2 is being loaded into the drawing at all, but all other attributes are.  I was thinking maybe the csv file was corrupt, so I made a new file and it did the same thing.

I meant to add that I have all the UDPCs set up too.

Maybe the UDP is corrupt. Have you tried re-creating that UDP in a new drawing? 2017 is notorious for UDP problems. It looks like you've set everything up correctly, so my money is on a corrupt UDP. You're up-to-date on Service Packs and Hotfixes, right?
