Arc by tangential azimuth + radius and arc length?

Is it possible to define an arc by the tangential azimuth going into the curve, the radius of the curve and arc length? I can do it with the radial arc command in the traverse editor but there are times when I'd rather not use the traverse editor. I can also traverse (line by azimuth) into the radial point and back out but I'm hoping there is a way to directly define the arc.

Draw a line at the tangent azimuth, then use the AeccCurveFromEndOfObject command.
