Annotation tiny in viewport

In my drawing I have xrefed in an alignment and survey points from two different files.  They look good in model space.  In paper space they are tiny.  The annotation scale in both model space and paper space are both set to 1:1000.  Can someone help me please?

Check the scales of the viewport in the properties tab, they should match to work correctly.

Yes they match.  I attached screenshots of the model space, paper space, and the viewport properties.

Is the XRef set at the same scale as the sheet... That will have affects on it as well.

Yes the xref is 1:1000 as well.  Here is screenshots showing both the alignment xref and the sheet file.

Accepted solution

Check the page setup in paperspace.  There is a section for the relationship of model space units to paperspace units.
