ALL MY TRACKING PATH WORK HAS DISAPPERED

Hi all

I am stressing as I have been working for 6 hours on a tracking path through the city and when i tried adding addional tracking it suddenly it all disappeared and thr ATR layer shows there is nothing in it!!

Please Help!!!!!
